You redeemed yourself with the D&K pick with your honorable mention inclusion of Every Moment. Though I like Under the Son quite a bit. That is a great guitar part. Boycott Hell was the beginning of their Cheese period for me. But I’ll give To The Extremes a listen.
You missed the Ladies. I’ll give you some possibilities Ashley Cleveland Big Town and Better You Get Ready, something from Margaret Becker, Rachel Rachel You Oughta Know By Now, Fighter Look Me In The Eye, Kim Hill Words, and something from Iona. I know Kim Hill isn’t thought of as a rocker, but her album Brave Heart is brilliant.
You’re right about Stryper. Those early albums were jam packed with perfect songs. More Than A Man was a great mention, as was Calling On You. And I always loved The Way. All For One is another great one from Against the Law.

Thanks Bill! Great call on the ladies. We need to do a some female-focused episodes. Big Town (and even Bus Named Desire) are amazing albums by Ashley Cleveland.
